How do I sell my dog?

Posted in FAQ's on January 21st, 2010

My dog is 10 pounds, 8 months old orange / sable Pomeranian who is extremely friendly and lovable. He knows sit and stay a little and almost housebroken. He is affectionate and needs some obedience training. I am selling with his crate, food bowls, pet door, sources of the preparation and mailing and identification. He has papers and CRNA's license and rabies shot and microchip. I have all their files and are ready to investigate and to sell to an owner who has the financial capacity to take care of it. He deserves a good home with a loving family who has the time and money to support it. I 'm not sure how to go about it though. I know I 'd have to change the names on all her roles, but how I sell it for and how I would advertise it and how do I ensure I got home appropriate? We live in NYC and some financial difficulties have risen recently that my family had not anticipated. I love him and I know that it is unfair to have to live in a home that can not give you any more for him.
